A 'No Environmental Impact Assessment Required' decision has been made for Ve-Ca Dış Ticaret AŞ's Ferrochrome Production Facility Project.

The Sivas Governorship has decided that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is not required for the "Ferrochrome Production Facility" project of Ve-Ca Dış Ticaret AŞ, a subsidiary of Vergili Group.

According to information obtained by Yatırımlar Dergisi, the project, valued at 972,795,446 TL, will be carried out in Demirağ Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) in Sivas, Central District, based on the project introduction file prepared by Bilimçed Mühendislik Ltd. Şti.

The project aims to produce approximately 40,000 tons/year of FeCr (HC).

Following the completion of the necessary legal permit processes, the construction phase will begin. This phase includes land and site preparation, construction and assembly of operational and auxiliary facilities, cabling, concreting, structural works, landscaping, and machinery-equipment installation, all of which are planned to be completed within approximately 14 months.
